How will they get rid of Rupert Murdoch and his toxic enterprises?
July 4, 2011 may turn into the people's Independence Day. On that day, stellar journalist Nick Davies of the Guardian released his story; Missing Milly Dowler's voicemail was hacked by News of the World. Twelve year old Milly Dowler had been kidnapped with foul play feared. The Murdoch tabloid couldn't resist. News of the World (the News) hired a private detective to hack Milly's voicemail. Finding the mail box full, the News or its hired dick deleted existing messages to make room for new ones, all to fuel their ongoing coverage. The deleted messages raised hopes by Milly's parents that she was still alive and using her voicemail. (Image)
The Davies story elicited a reaction of near universal shock, outrage, and revulsion. Milly had already been murdered by the time the Murdoch paper began its illegal tapping.
The public revulsion resulted in immediate and fervent popular demands for justice. Those demands were compounded by follow-up stories on other Murdoch media hacking. As it turned out, the News also broke into the voicemails of war widows to capture their most intimate exchanges on the loss of fallen soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq. All in all, at least 4,000 citizens had their voicemails hacked to boost the Murdoch publication's circulation and profits.

Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for the 620,000 Americans who died because our beloved President Lincoln wanted to end our right of self-determination.
Memorial Day was officially proclaimed on 5 May 1868 by General John Logan, national commander of the Grand Army of the Republic, in his General Order No. 11, and was first observed on 30 May 1868, when flowers were placed on the graves of Union and Confederate soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery.
Shelby Foote, notable historian of the Civil War, believed that government “of and by and for the people” (a republic) would not have perished from the earth if the south had won the civil war (The Real Lincoln: A New Look at Abraham Lincoln, His Agenda, and an Unnecessary War, Thomas DiLorenzo).
Wars throughout history are generally thought to be for fought so that a powerful group of elite, aka The Powers That Be (TPTB) can make (print) more money.
The profane (common man) believes that the greedy immoral debased monsters, whose faces are stained with the blood of millions of innocent human beings, foment wars throughout history so they can make a profit.
War is 100% evil but greed, I am not so sure.
At this point it is advantageous to consider the efforts of writer Andrew Hitchcock, author of The History of the House of Rothschild:
"The Rothschild’s have been in control of the world for a very long time, their tentacles reaching into many aspects of our daily lives, and are the hidden hand behind all the [wars and] social cataclysms in history.”
The Rothschild’s are behind World War I and II. World War I, II – Part 2/4.
According to one source, at the beginning of the 20th century (right before the suspicious outbreak of WW I), "it was estimated the House of Rothschild controlled almost half the wealth of the world.” [1]
That would be real wealth: commodities, coal, copper, lead, molybdenum, phosphates, uranium, bauxite, gold, iron, mercury, nickel, potash, silver, tungsten, zinc, petroleum, and natural gas.
One of the more absurd notions that found its way into the history books and the writings of economic experts is that a Pathocracy (TPTB and the military-industrial complex) fomented two World Wars for profit (Political Ponerology).
In financial terms, who won and who lost World War I and II?
The allies, the winners got to use what was left of the Rothschild’s real wealth to rebuild the countries of the losers (also winners), in Europe and Japan.
The Rothschild’s were the real losers (in financial terms) because the coal, copper, lead, molybdenum, phosphates, uranium, bauxite, gold, iron, mercury, nickel, potash, silver, tungsten, zinc, petroleum, and natural gas was destroyed – as in “used up” in the manufacture of Rifles, Machine Guns, Mustard Gas, Zeppelins, Tanks, Airplanes, Submarines and Battleships.
And what did they get in return?
Trillions of the fiat currency (Monopoly Money) the Rothschild’s created out of “thin air” so the allies could fight two wars in order to make the world safe for democracy.
So if two world wars were not about money, what then?
There are only three possibilities why the Rothschild’s fomented, financed, and orchestrated World War I, World War II and the Holocaust, and the first two make no sense:
The Rothschild’s are psychopaths in a metaphysical war with mother-earth (Gaea) and were the not-so-hidden hand behind the Scofield Bible, World War I, World War II, and the Holocaust.

Both political parties are manifestly hostile to citizens. This hostility reduces electoral participation to just over 50% of the voting age population for presidential elections and less than 40% for off-year congressional elections. The absence of 50% to 60% of those eligible to vote creates minority rule and threatens the legitimacy of any ruling party. Truly, every election ratifies the rejection of both parties.

The legitimate demands of the people everywhere have no color, nor do their revolutions. These are not the revolutions arising from staged events by the White House, the National Endowment for Democracy, and other meddlers. We are witnessing what Mark Levine called human nationalism. The people of Tunisia, now Egypt, are, "taking control of their politics, economy and identity away from foreign interests and local elites alike in a manner that has not been seen in more than half a century." Somehow, we are supposed to believe that the English speaking peoples have a corner on democracy. The rest of the world is still learning. When the oppressed of a nation, particularly of the third world, stage an uprising, it is neatly packaged and color coded. That way it's easier to follow. The Western leaders and press assume an avuncular pose and pass judgment on how the various colors pass along the path to self-determination -- not too fast, not too rowdy, and certainly not too disruptive to first world markets, especially oil.
These assumptions need to be thrown overboard immediately.

Not if a state owes you money!
Jeb Bush and Newt Gingrich just published an OpEd in the Los Angeles Times arguing that states would be wise to consider filing bankruptcy to relieve their financial troubles. They cite three states, California, Illinois and New York, while failing to mention the angry elephant in the living room with similar problems, Texas.
Texas faces a $25 billion shortfall for a $95 billion two-year budget. That equals California's 18-month deficit inherited by the recently inaugurated Governor Jerry Brown.
"So why haven't we heard more about Texas, one of the most important economy's in America? Well, it's because it doesn't fit the script. It's a pro-business, lean-spending, no-union state. You can't fit it into a nice storyline, so it's ignored," said Business Insider

The people's oligarch Warren Buffett just wrote a thank you letter to "Uncle Sam" published in the New York Times. It is the height of cynicism. (Image)
Buffett has a carefully crafted public image as a brilliant but people-friendly master of investments. We hear about his regular table at an Omaha diner where he conducts business (just plain Warren) and we see his occasional public stands for reasonable policies like the inheritance tax.
He claims that "Uncle Sam", the government, saved us from a financial catastrophe that would have swallowed up his company. He then endorses the notion that the housing bubble was based on "mass delusion" - meaning it was our fault. But he forgets to mention that he took advantage of the 2008 crisis to purchase a $5 billion interest in Goldman Sachs. And he forgets whose money "Uncle Sam" stole from the Treasury to save him and the rest of his cronies. What an asshole.
Health Care Reform DOA. Why the Surprise?
They Did what they Always Do
The Money Party is a small group of enterprises and individuals who have most of the money in this country. They use that money to make more money. Controlling who gets elected to public office is the key to more money for them and less for us September 30, 2007
Dr. Howard Dean, MD, just said pull the plug on the current health care reform effort. The cure is worse than the disease according to the good doctor.
Why the surprise?
Last week the president announced that he's sending 30,000 troops to Afghanistan without a declaration of war by Congress and without Afghanistan posing a direct threat to the United States violating both the United States Constitution and international law at the same time.
The bailed out Wall Street failures are paying back just enough of their loans to the Treasury Department to allow a new round of huge bonuses. At the same time, they continue to get tons of cash through the Federal Reserve. Pay back a few billion, get seven trillion dollars in credit. Not a bad deal.
