Lies About Lockerbie, 911 and Terrorism

October 29th, 2009

by Len Hart, The Existentialist Cowboy

Memorial services were held to mark the 20th anniversary of the crash of Pan Am 103 near Lockerbie, Scotland. Like 911, 'Lockerbie', an alleged 'terrorist' attacked named for the nearby township, raises more questions than are answered. But there is one important difference. In Lockerbie there is identifiable wreckage. In New York and at the Pentagon, the laws of physics --we are expected to believe --were suspended!

In Lockerbie, southern Scotland, eleven people were killed when large sections of aircraft fell on, in and around the township, bringing total fatalities to 270. Many have called it the 'Lockerbie bombing'. Unlike 911, Lockerbie was investigated but, like 911, the case is obviously not solved and that it was Mossad which issue the first 'tip' that a bomb had bee placed among the luggage is enough to make me suspicious. Mossad, after all, is probably second only to the US CIA among the world's largest 'official' terrorist organizations!

Vaccine-Induced Disease Epidemic Outbreaks: The Engineering of ‘Pandemics’

October 29th, 2009

By A. True Ott, PhD, ND

The year was 1921. America was entering a decade of robust prosperity. Later called “The Roaring Twenties”, it was a time of unparalleled economic expansion. Debt money from Wall Street banks was plentiful and easy to obtain. The “Great War” was over.

America was flexing her industrial muscles. Factories were being built and expanded in every major city. Automobiles began rolling off Detroit assembly lines in record numbers. The stock market began making millionaires. People were HEALTHY and HAPPY largely because the dreaded “world mystery disease” (which decades later became known as the “1918 Flu Pandemic”) had disappeared. Two entire years had passed with no dreaded “mystery deaths” being reported. America had cause to celebrate, and celebrate they did!

Sex, Silicone, and Suits: Miss California Goes a-Courtin'

October 29th, 2009

by Walter Brasch

There's a cat fight going on in the Miss USA operation—and it isn't pretty.

It began when an openly gay judge asked Miss California, Carrie Prejean, what she thought about same sex marriage. Prejean, a student at San Diego Christian College, said that although she recognizes and accepts that others may believe in same-sex marriage, "I think I believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman." That created a firestorm of publicity for the Trump-owned organization. A large minority of Americans said they supported Prejean's opinion. A large minority said she was reciting biased lessons of intolerance; Perez Hilton, the judge who had asked the question, on his blog called Prejean "a dumb bitch." However, several prominent gay rights activists defended Prejean's right to her opinion.

A rare victory for Lebanon’s Palestinians

Why Hezbollah ushered a key Lebanese ally to the woodshed

Franklin Lamb

Syria’s Yarmouk Refugee Camp, Damascus

Known simply as “ the General” Michel Naim Aoun was born in a peaceful mixed Christian-Shia area of Haret Hreik, now a core Hezbollah area. He rose from poverty to become the head of Lebanon’s newly created Eighth army following the September 1983 battle of Souq el Gharb against Palestinian and Druze forces. Six years later he served a forcibly truncated term as President of Lebanon. Since returning from a self imposed 15 year exile in France in 2005, he is widely believed to intend to gain that office.

A current outspoken member of Lebanon’s parliament, Aoun has many supporters and detractors being variously referred to a brilliant, cunning, honest, corrupt, obstructionist, mercurial, mentally ill, Napoleonic, and Hezbollah’s most important political ally.

JORDAN could do more to protect al-Aqsa Mosque from Israel’s evil designs

October 29th, 2009

By Khalid Amayreh in occupied Palestine

IOF troops at Aqsa gate

So far, the Jordanian reactions to the scandalous Israeli provocations at al Masjidul Aqsa (Aqsa Mosque) have been minimal, inadequate and strikingly weak. Jordan, which signed the inauspicious Wadi Araba treaty with Israel fifteen years ago, is legally and morally responsible for the Islamic and Christian holy places in al-Quds.

However, the Jordanian state, apart from playing a symbolic role, has been effectively silent in the face of uninterrupted and unrelenting Israeli conspiracies against the Islamic sanctuary in the holy city. Israel has been carrying out far-reaching excavations in the vicinity of the Haram al Sharif esplanade which experts say are destabilizing the foundations of the structures.

What are US troops dying for in Afghanistan?

October 29th, 2009

Bill Van Auken

What are these sacrifices for? Why are young American men and women being sent seven-and-a-half thousand miles from US shores to face horrible deaths and to carry out brutal repression against a population that does not want them there?

At least 21 US soldiers and Marines have been killed in Afghanistan since last weekend, making October the bloodiest month for US forces since they invaded the country eight years ago. Still more have been wounded by roadside bombs, rocket-propelled grenades and small arms fire.

Among those killed in the last several days was a 24-year-old California mother of two young daughters, Sgt. Eduviges Wolf, who died of wounds suffered when her vehicle was attacked with a rocket-propelled grenade in Kunar province. Devin Michel, a 19-year-old Army private, little more than a year out of high school in Stockton, Illinois, was killed by a roadside bomb in Zhari province. Gregory Fleury, a 23-year-old Marine corporal, lost his life in one of the three helicopter crashes on Sunday. The Anchorage Daily News quoted his grandfather as saying that, after serving two tours in Iraq, Fleury was set to end his active duty, but “the government extended his service” for deployment to Afghanistan. He had been scheduled to come home in early November.

Is Obama “Playing the Game?”

October 29th, 2009

By Frederick Alexander Meade

In recent weeks, the Obama administration has come under considerable fire, as it has attempted to advance its agenda regarding national health care reform. Much of the opposition directed towards the President’s plan has expressed itself in a manner which many believe to pertain less to the proposal and more to the Head of State himself. African Americans, among other citizens, have voiced concerns over disturbing images and utterances emerging from those who oppose Obama’s political intentions; as these expressions, in numerous instances, have been observed by some as acts deeply rooted in racism.

In late August, a series of rallies organized by a conservative advocacy group - Tea Party Express - were staged over the course of several weeks, in an effort to quell the President’s efforts to gain public support for his Health Care Plan. Significant attention was drawn by these events as many in some quarters regarded the organized protests as nothing more than “Confederate style”, gatherings wherein racial epitaphs and covert language imbedded in “white supremacy”, substituted for civil expressions of opposition. Such assessments germinated as numerous ralliers displayed signs portraying Obama as an “illegal immigrant”, an African “witch doctor” , “Adolph Hitler” and even “Satan” amidst vocalizations suggesting that he as a result of his political orientation is somehow less “American” than those in possession of dissimilar views. Additionally, other attendees held signs stating, “We Didn’t Bring our Guns (This Time),” a reference to a prior presidential event in which some outside protesters boldly brandished firearms, as Obama addressed constituents in regard to his health care initiatives. These acts, composed what many interpreted to be, indirect threats to the physical safety of Obama. Such widely regarded misconduct would not only surface within the boundaries of less formal public events, but also too, within the confines of an official government institution.

THE WARNING / OTC DERIVATIVE MARKET STILL DANGEROUSLY UNREGULATED

October 29th, 2009

Allen L Roland

In the midst of the Clinton 1990's raging bull market ~ a lone regulator, Brooksley Born, stood up against the Washington elite and warned them about the unregulated dark OTC Derivative market . Her truth was ridiculed, violently opposed and is now seen as self evident ~ but the OTC derivative market still remains dangerously unregulated:

Click on the photo or enclosed links and watch 55 minutes of PBS at its best ~ THE WARNING / How Greenspan, Summers & Rubin conspired to silence Derivatives whistleblower Brooksley Born. the warning | PBS

I watched it on last week and it confirmed what I have long suspected ~ the ticking time bomb, that still exists in the Obama administration, is the continuing concerted Wall Street effort not to regulate the highly-complex and lucrative OTC derivative multi-trillion dollar crap shoot which still continues to rake in millions for the financial elite while Main Street stagnates. See my UNSPOKEN CAUSE OF MARKET COLLAPSE IS DERIVATIVE TRADING written on October 13, 2008 http://blogs.salon.com/0002255/2008/10/13.html
