While the manufactured debate rages between those who subscribe to Global Warming and the more recent adherents to Global Cooling, no one can question that Global Climate Change (GCC) has been upon us for many years. In fact, there is so much evidence that categorically demonstrates a radical shift in many of the traditional weather patterns around the world that both extremes are touted as proof for both global warming and cooling.
