Hal Turner Remark | This is a tripwire. This is what the US does when it knows military action (or Terrorist Attack) is planned against a specific country. In fact, the notice specifically mentions terrorism by saying

💬 "Terrorist groups, both transnational and local terrorist organizations, and individuals inspired by extremist ideology continue plotting possible attacks in Russia. Terrorists may attack with little or no warning, targeting tourist locations, transportation hubs and systems, markets/shopping malls, local government facilities, hotels, clubs, restaurants, places of worship, parks, major sporting and cultural events, educational institutions, airports, and other public areas.

This has lead Russian Authorities to conclude the US is planning actual Terrorist attacks inside Russia -- as was done in Syria. All-in-all, today's notice is among the worst developments possible for the situation. War approaches. Prepare.
