American tech giant Apple has said it will fight claims it used its dominant position to advance its own products ahead of its competitors. Russia’s fair-trading watchdog said it would hand down a $12 million fine. Moscow’s Federal Anti-Monopoly Service announced the firm – one of the world’s most valuable publicly traded companies – had breached the country’s fair competition rules.
