University reinstates student who proclaimed ‘a man is a man, a woman is a woman’ after immediate suspension: 'I win'

Owen Steven got attention of his fellow students and school administrators with a video in which he stated, "A man is a man. A woman is a woman. A man cannot become a woman and a woman cannot become a man. If I am a man and I think I am a woman, I am still a man. If I am a woman who thinks I'm a man, I am still a woman. Regardless of what you feel on the inside is irrelevant to your biological status. It doesn't change biology."
