The birth of yet another political lackey with a black skin. He knows if he wants to be one of them he must lick the corporate Zionist military industrial ass by mouthing the appropriate lies about 9-11. Just as disappointing were the people pushing Luke Rudkowski, of We Are Change, away from Van Jones, preventing Rudkowski from asking the kinds of questions that would expose who Jones really is. Until America has truly honest and good men in positions of power nothing can change. Corrupt politicians will continue to use their place in office to line their pockets and serve the corporations and special interests who enslave the American people and kill millions in endless war.
The Corporation is a 2003 Canadian documentary film written by Joel Bakan, and directed by Mark Achbar and Jennifer Abbott. The documentary is critical of the modern-day corporation, considering its legal status as a class of person and evaluating its behaviour towards society and the world at large as a psychiatrist might evaluate an ordinary person. This is explored through specific examples. The Corporation has been shown worldwide, on television, and via DVD, file sharing, and free download. Bakan wrote the book, The Corporation: The Pathological Pursuit of Profit and Power, during the filming of the documentary.

This film attempts to weave the cause of human rights together by showing the similarity of evictions in Hawaii, Palestine and England, three places I have lived and worked with people fighting oppression. It is my belief that the time has come for us as people to realise that every cause for justice is the same, united we will win in every struggle, divided and we continue to suffer the sting of injustice. I ask you to watch this 36 minute film and to please share it. I promise it is a stimulating albeit unconventional documentary, but one that will definitely inspire.

Ray McGovern was a CIA analyst for 27-years, who turned political activist. A native of the Bronx and graduate of Fordham, he is a strong critic of U.S. wars. On Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, I caught up with him, (he's also a member of the Veterans for Peace), at an antiwar rally at the White House. Mr. McGovern shared with me his thoughts on the evils of war, particularly as they affect "mothers," while quoting a poem from the Russian poet Nikolay Nekrasov. It's entitled, "Paying Attention to the Horrors of War."

On Sunday, October 9, 2011, I interviewed Start Loving. He was sitting in the street in front of the White House. Start Loving related his deep concerns for the fate of the Planet Earth. He warned that "unless we reduce our use of coal and oil by eighty percent by the year 2020," that we are on a lighting-fast path to the destruction of a sustainable earth. Start Loving also discussed what it is going to take to stop "the endless wars." He labeled the current residents of the Planet Earth as "the most addicted, clinically-insane population there has ever been!" I'll second that Motion!

On Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, at noon, Veterans for Peace, Military Families Speak Out, and members of the military, demanded at a White House gate, a "beer summit" with President Barack Obama. Col. Ann Wright wanted to know why the president can meet with "warmongers," and not the veterans "who are for peace?" The request for a beer summit was denied! There was one arrest in front of the White House at this demonstration. This action is part of the ongoing "October 2011" Movement (Occupy Washington). Its base is located at "Freedom Plaza" in Washington, DC.

On Oct. 7, 2011, I caught up with a Peace & Justice activist, Jack Smith, in downtown Washington, DC. He's also a lawyer from Seattle, WA. Mr. Smith, as I conducted the interview, was marching back on Pennsylvania Avenue to the Freedom Plaza, with his fellow activists. He had just left a rally, which had protested the use of lethal drones, aka "Assassin Drones," by the Obama & Biden administration. He related his saga of being subjected to an arbitrary arrest, on Oct. 1, 2011, by New York cops on the Brooklyn Bridge. He was later detained by the police under very harsh conditions. Mr. Smith, according to his account, was a participant in the Occupy Wall Street action.
