2025 – The Reclamation of the Republic » |
By Mark Powell
They bomb children, rob the treasury, cover up Epstein's client list, and term it democracy—what they're running is a pathocracy, and it's happening today.
American Pathocracy/Kleptocracy history and current news, untainted by Google, Youtube and Bing.
The American state, once a synonym for democracy, is now a pathocratic machine, an elite dictatorship using violence, surveillance, and plunder to implement the sociopathic desires of the powerful and the wealthy. This radical departure from democratic ideals manifests itself in their actions, whether bombing overseas and starving people through coercion, or plundering the wealth of the nation.
In every election, you get the same meaningless promises with nothing to substantiate them—a monkey in a mask. You vote. You hope. You lose once again. When did you ever vote to get anything correct? When did you ever get what you needed after an election?
Ask yourself: Who wins with your house with the system?
Not you.
Not the neighbors who live next door.
Not the working class.
Not the poor.
Not the sick or the handicapped.
Only the elites benefit from their system. They don't want your Vote—they want your silence. They want you to wait and hold on to hope for reform while they extract ever more from you. They don't want your Vote—they want your passivity.
Voting won't work. We are governed by the corrupt, and no vote will ever change that.
We aren't governed. We are harvested.
I. The End Game: What Are They Preparing For?
They are able to view the storm brewing on the horizon. The elites, the plutocrats, the ones who have gamed this system for themselves—they're ready. They've read the portents. They've studied the numbers. They've watched as desperation builds in the streets, as anger fumes just below the surface. They are able to view the day coming when the combined force of systemic injustice, crushing inequality, and the breach of simple human decency becomes too much for the masses to bear.
And when the moment arrives—when the citizenry knows that they've been deceived, abandoned by the system they'd been told to trust—their wrath won't be pity. They'll be handled by ruthless, strangulating violence, a breach of the worst sort.
It isn't theory. It's the agenda—mass hypnosis.
The regime has been preparing to quell civil disturbance for decades. And it's not only the military-industrial complex that's behind it—it's the deep state, the surveillance state, the string-pulling oligarchs. Domestic militarization has accelerated since 2020. Armored cars in suburban towns. National Guard units practicing riots. Drones zipping overhead at demonstrations. The whole apparatus of security is being trained and amassed—not to protect the public but to suppress it. It is no longer a matter of whether the regime will turn against itself or not, but when.
In 2024, when students in America across the nation held peaceful protests in favor of Gaza, military tactics and riot gear awaited them. The protesters were not viewed as citizens protesting their rights; they were viewed as insurgents. Why? Because opposition is treason to the state. Oppression is terrorism. That's what they believe about you.
They're building to the day when the public will no longer trust. And when it arrives, they will not attempt to persuade you with reforming policy. They will not make offers of reforms. They will choke you with domination.
Think about it: If they were afraid of your Vote, would they be gerrymandering districts, removing voter names, and flooding elections with dark money?
No.
What they're scared of isn't your Vote—it's your revolt.
And they're preparing for it.
Remember Occupy Wall Street? They didn't just quell the protests—they infiltrated them. They sabotaged them. They framed activists with terrorism charges—employing COINTELPRO-style methods to discredit and dismantle the movement. Rahm Emanuel's Justice Department didn't just disperse protests—they planted phony charges, weaponizing the law against citizens who dared resist.
It is not an accident. It's the system functioning.
Take Standing Rock. It was not only that the police were arresting water protectors, but they were tracking them through biometrics. They were following peaceful protests with militarized surveillance drones. This is the dry run for what is coming.
The system knows what it's about. They're preparing for a world where dissident is stamped out before even having a chance to emerge as one. They're not preparing for revolution. They're preparing for lockdown.
What are they preparing for? Another civil war?
Not in my name.
But in the structures, that's precisely what they're constructing. The country is being bifurcated—Blue vs Red. Urban vs Rural. Masked liberal vs enraged rural conservative.
And all this while the power elite are a monolith and unchallenged, set to assert their dominance at any cost.
But they're not intimidated by your revolution. They've studied every revolution. They've studied Egypt. They've watched Tunisia. They can shut you down before you even start. They learned something from the Arab Spring—they've seen the power of social media and popular revolt can wield against regimes. So, they've fought back in the same manner: AI-driven surveillance—bots inundating social media. Sites are silencing protests before they ever have a chance to take flight.
When you march in the streets, they already have a plan to shut you down.
When you scream, they've already made up their minds to shut you up.
But they insist:
Vote.
Vote to end the war next. Vote to fix inequality. Vote to save the earth—Vote to end state-sponsored murder. Vote to preserve our rights.
But it has never been enough to vote.
And they don't want you to know that.
They would have you believe your Vote gets the job done, so you never do see the genuine article:
The system is designed in a way already rigged to keep you in servitude.
Think about the actual end game is not to repair anything?
Think about the goal is not reform but ownership of implosion.
Think about their plan all along was not to save this country but to allow it to implode—and then reconstruct it with them in control?
Think.
They're not creating a future.
They're creating a fortress—a fortress that will enrage your anger, your wail, your resistance.
And the worst news?
You're still holding out for someone else to save you.
It won't be next election cycle.
It won't be next candidate.
It won't be next policy.
Because no matter who you vote for, it always ends the same:
They win, you lose.
III. The Financial Vampires: Dynastic Capital versus Democracy
They no longer even take the trouble to steal. They've made a spectacle of it. What had been the semblance of a democratic marketplace has turned into a neo-feudal state, with dynastic capital firmly in command, pulling the strings of a dysfunctional nation.
America never was a democracy, in any case—it was a bazaar of power. Now, not even the illusion of democracy remains. It's all left an artificial husk supported by a coalition of trillionaire technocrats, hedge fund masters, and corporate oligarchs who rule not for consent but through control of the economy and monitoring. Elections are not choices—they're auctions, and bills are closer to a ghostwritten play underwritten by the most compliant patron.
These economic vampires no longer yearn for money for the sake of money. They yearn for endurance. They yearn for your children's futures, shrouded in debt, their lives tied to the interests of a select few elites. They yearn for your land, your water, your information—your life commercially drained and extracted. These vampires do not merely sip—suck dry, dehydrating the bones of the republic and filling them with tax shelters and stock options.
Welcome to the new generation of financial vampires. They're not robber barons of old. They wear Patagonia jackets and drink lattes as they direct billions into BlackRock and Vanguard's coffers. They stock boards with Bezos, Gates, and Musk—names that wield power but not responsibility. Behind their PR machinery is the deafening hum of exploitation disguised as "investment." They're wealthier than many nations. And they've been able to insure your activities on the basis of their agenda of yachts, private planes, and islands.
Charles Koch is the modern-day villain, string-pulling to tear apart labor protections, insuring climate denial, and warping history to advance his corporate agenda.
Rebekah Mercer has left her stamp on technology by insuring deregulation, which ensures that labor and resources are exploited.
Jeff Bezos paid the pandemic a dividend—while the workers who labor on his behalf to build his fortune urinate in bottles, laboring under cruel conditions inside warehouses that can be mistaken for sweatshops.
But it doesn't stop there with the tech moguls. Bill Gates isn't just shaping global food policy—he's one of America's largest private landowners, acquiring land in a way that should be off-limits to a "philanthropist" like him. He uses his alleged goodness to consolidate corporate control over agriculture, crafting policies to line the pockets of biotech companies and monopolize seeds, pesticides, and food you eat.
And behind them all—BlackRock and Vanguard, the twin finance titans who rule over nearly every part of the economy. They don't purchase shares. They own the companies, the banks, the governments—your future. They operate as one unified force, with their paws in every domain, from housing to healthcare to technology and defense.
These are not idiosyncratic. These are the product of a system so deeply pathocratic that it is not remotely a democracy. It is a machine—a machine designed for and by the money class, and into which the rest of us are nothing more than gasoline.
And in the middle of all this gear, the political class—Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump, or Biden—are nothing. They are not managers of this empire. They do not legislate for the people. They legislate for the billionaires that own them.
The Clintons peddle influence on Wall Street,
Bushes sanction perpetual war to plow defense contractor coffers,
Obama blesses the dawn of surveillance capitalism,
Trump scams, and
Biden preserves the status quo in the disguise of progressive messiah.
This is not capitalism. This is worse. This is a vampiric, predatory regime that consumes everything in its path, leaving only the skeleton of a nation.
The economic elites who control this nation don't need your labor, your consent, or your Vote—they need you distracted, worked to exhaustion, and silenced as they consume the fruit of empire.
They are not making a future. They are building their own immortality, an extraction mechanism so embedded that it can't be fixed. There is no "us" system in this deal—there's only them.
And all the while we're being asked to wait and have faith in the system.
But the apparatus no longer works for us—and to keep them in office, the vampires already having sucked the republic dry.
V. The Criminal State: A Partial List of Treasons
A time comes when corruption stops being accidental—and becomes creed.
That day came some time back.
The United States government, in any realistic review of its actions and not its words, is a criminal syndicate with diplomatic immunity. Its acts are not hidden—televised, explained, and rewarded.
When a government repeatedly shows disdain for its own laws, lies to the populace, crushes dissent, launches illegal wars, tortures at whim, conceals elite pedophiles, and uses its intelligence services to subvert democracy at home and abroad—what do you call that?
You call it what it is: a criminal state.
This is not a conspiracy. This is a timeline of betrayal—a partial ledger of treasons committed in the open that never appear before prosecutors. The only true "conspiracy" is that the people continue to stir the actors as if they are working in their interest.
They protect thieves and punish the public.
Note the police units that now double as bodyguards for the thieves.
Riot shields that once protected the public now loom at the gates of the privileged.
BearCat vehicles, once deployed in war zones, now track down nonviolent protesters—because dissent, in their book, is a crime.
The same soldiers who have no use for war criminals and corporate looters now employ sound cannons, pepper balls, and tear gas to silence those who have the audacity to demand justice.
These are the tools of a state that has chosen brutality over accountability.
Tear gas canisters shower the protesters who are claiming their rights as militarized police protect the privilege and luxury of the 1%. Horses thunder through crowds, crushing over the bodies of the very same citizens that the state promised to protect.
And meanwhile, they invite us to "vote" for change.
But if the system itself is based on thievery and violence, what is one voting for?
The system now stands as a fortress with gates guarded not by principle but by riot police masquerading as mercenaries who have been employed to dampen any spark of revolution.
These "law enforcement" troops are not there to serve the public—they're there to protect the thieves from the public.
These are not spontaneous acts. These are the militarized actions of a regime that sees its citizens as adversaries.
And protest-mongers? They're not just going up against one government—they're going up against the system, a pathocracy that will stop at nothing to maintain its grip.
IV. The Criminal State: A Partial List of Treasons
Somewhere along the line, corruption stops being a matter of likelihood—and becomes orthodoxy. That moment passed a long time ago.
The U.S. government, by any rational observation of what it does versus what it says, is effectively now a criminal syndicate with diplomatic immunity.
It is not hidden—it is TV, legitimized, and rewarded.
When a government consistently violates its laws, lies to the people, stifles dissent, engages in illegitimate wars, tortures at will, covers up elite child pedophilia, and uses its intelligence agencies in the furtherance of undermining democracy at home and abroad—what do you call it?
You call it what it is: a criminal state.
It's not a conspiracy theory.
It's a chronology of betrayal.
An incomplete list of treasons committed in plain sight and never prosecuted.
The sole real conspiracy is that the public still thinks these players are acting on their behalf.
The Architects of Deception and Destruction
Jump to the 21st century—the Dark Ages:
They are not bad actors on an individual basis—they are columnists of a long-term autocracy where crimes are not hidden but rewarded.
Rahm Emanuel, former mayor of Chicago: Racially framed activists as terrorists during Occupy Wall Street while also whitewashing police torture cases.
His actions reveal that even city governments are appendages to a criminal empire.
The War Mongers and Corporate Enablers
Dick Cheney, Vice President (2001–2009): Fabricated false WMD claims to promote corporate interests, launching a war that killed hundreds of thousands. His connection to Halliburton, which profited massively, set the model for the convergence of corporate and state power.
Donald Rumsfeld, Secretary of Defense: Hid Iraq War deceptions and 9/11 incompetence so that military contractors and profiteers could dine on the spoils of unlimited bloodshed.
And Zbigniew Brzezinski, National Security Advisor (1977–1981), destabilized the region with his Afghan policies and founded Al-Qaeda. Bush's war criminals were never indicted. Instead, Obama's DOJ allowed them to walk free, and Obama's foreign policies—e.g., drone attacks—utilized the war crimes legacy.
Clinton's War on the Poor and the Unseen Elites
Bill Clinton, a worse than smiling face of neoliberalism, was the accomplice to a global elite conspiracy. The Clinton Foundation, linked to countless pay-for-play deals, provided world leaders for sale to the highest bidder. His deregulating of Wall Street and setting the stage for the 2008 financial crisis makes him a pathocrat whose legacy continues to burden the American people. Hillary Clinton, however, turned a blind eye to Jeffrey Epstein's sphere and ensured the atrocities of the elite would never see the light of day.
The Trumplandia Nightmare and the Militarization of America
Donald Trump—inciting white nationalism and making light of the Capitol insurrection—is only the most recent expression of how the corporate mafia dynasties drive the narrative. Through war profiteering, police militarization, and the privatization of public goods, Trump has cemented his reputation as the defender of corporate power, not that of citizens.
The Enablers of Trump's First and Current Administrations
Steve Bannon, Chief Strategist, fanned white nationalist rebellions and culture wars as he tore down workers', environmental, and public health protections. Mick Mulvaney reduced public services as he lined the pockets of elites. Michael Flynn, Trump's National Security Adviser, engaged in illegal foreign affairs, catering to autocrats at the expense of the United States' interests.
The Trump administration also included:
These weren't errors. They were intentional efforts to accumulate power and guarantee that nothing ever changes.
Biden's Betrayal
During his short time in office, Joe Biden has taken the pathocratic path: expanding war contracts, expanding surveillance, and botching foreign policy disasters—most dramatically the Afghanistan withdrawal. He has militarized police, privatized prisons, and solidified the corporate oligarchy.
The Biden Enablers
These ones serve not the people—but a global oligarchy obsessed with wealth extraction and systems sadism.
What's the message here?
The pathocratic government is not theory—it's what we're living.
Ballot box reform is a fantasy.
Resistance is the only alternative.
Pete Hegseth, JD Vance, and Peter Thiel: The Architects of America's Pathocratic Future
These three represent the poison cocktail of militarism, elitism, and corporate dominion:
They are both building a future where democracy dies, citizens are surveilled, and power is in the hands of the few.
Section IV: The Criminal State—A Partial List of Treasons
A government that abandons its founding standards ceases to be legitimate. America no longer serves the people—it serves those who had corrupted its very foundation.
The CIA's Black Heart
Architects of Surveillance and Control
Legacy of Corruption by the Clintons
Bush, Cheney, and the War on Terror
Guantanamo Bay, Abu Ghraib, and torture programs were not the exceptions—they were policy.
The Biden Administration: Empire Unabated
Rahm Emanuel and the Chicago Machine
The Final Betrayal
These actors are not on the margins—they are mainstream designers of the system. This is not conjecture; it is documented in leaks, declassified reports, and mass suffering.
The real power configuration is not democratic—it is a pathocracy controlled by individuals who profit from exploitation, war, and systemic sadism.
V. The Awakening: From Passivity to Action
How much longer will we wait?
How much longer will we believe that the ballot box will save us?
The truth is staring us in the face:
The system isn't broken. It's functioning exactly as designed—to exploit.
We have waited for heroes. None are coming. The concept of a "good leader" is a myth. The "change candidate" is a mirage.
Every Vote is a pacifier, every promise a manipulation.
The real heroes are not on ballots. They are in the streets, the neighborhoods, the picket lines—us.
Stop Waiting.
Do not vote harder. Act louder.
Organize. Mobilize. Disobey. Refuse. Reclaim.
There is little time remaining for Americans—before 3 to 4 additional wars, before the next surveillance bill, before your last freedoms are programmed into obsolescence.

Pathocracy Risen: Why the U.S. Government Now Rules Through Cruelty and Theft
By Mark Powell
