US Spurns Putin’s Call for Unity Against Global Terrorism

Russia urges world unity to defeat the scourge of terrorism. America created and supports it, a pretext for endless imperial wars, wanting whole continents carved up for profit and dominance.

ISIS, Jabhat al-Nusra, Al Qaeda and likeminded groups are used as US foot soldiers. Washington backs the scourge it claims to oppose.

It can’t exist without nation-state support. America, NATO, Israel and their rogue allies provide plenty. Obama’s vow to defeat it is a complete hoax, willful deception, media scoundrels complicit in the scam, proliferating state-sponsored propaganda, suppressing what’s most important to report.

May 9 is victory day in Russia, commemorating victory in the Great Patriotic War, the nation honoring its WW II fallen heroes. Their enormous contributions and sacrifices made defeating Nazism possible.

In Red Square, Putin addressed crowds attending Russia’s impressive military parade - urging nations remember the lessons of WW II, saying:

“We are united by deep, sincere feelings for our fathers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers. We would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to all those who are living, who are near, and we do not conceal our pride and tears.”

“We would like to pay tribute to sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, grandfathers, husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, comrades-in-arms and friends - all those who never came back from the war, who are gone.”

He announced a moment of silence in their honor, explained peace isn’t “established by itself.” Civilization today faces the scourge of terrorism.

“We must defeat this evil,” Putin stressed. He urged unity among all nations for a universal objective. International security depends on it.

“(D)ouble standards (and) short-sighted indulgence to those who are nurturing new criminal plans” are unacceptable…Our fathers and grandfathers defeated” the scourge of Nazism.

Russian soldiers today are their “worthy successors…defending the country’s interests and honor…Congratulations on the anniversary of the Great Victory,” Putin concluded.

A greater threat exists now than then, Washington’s rage for global dominance, waging endless imperial wars to transform all nations into US vassal states - Russia and China the final frontier.

An eventual confrontation looms. Humanity has a choice. End wars or they’ll end us.
