WCBD also revealed that McLeod, a married father of four, went on a profanity-ridden rant later in the video that includes threats toward current and former South Carolina GOP politicians. One person mentioned was SC Attorney General Alan Wilson, who is also running for governor. “I’m gonna kick your f**king teeth in!” McLeod yelled about Wilson. He later refused to exit the police vehicle, refusing to exit the patrol vehicle when it arrived at the Al Cannon Detention Center, telling officers he would sleep there. “I’m not getting out of this car,” he said. “It’s time to go to bed.” WCBD obtained a preliminary incident report which stated that McLeod’s eyes were “extremely bloodshot and highly dilated.” As an officer noted, this suggested he was “under the influence of a stimulant narcotic.” But it’s unclear whether McLeod was tested for any substances.
