David Swanson Rips Rep. Steny Hoyer for “Off the Books” Military Spending!

On Tuesday morning, June 22, 2010, David Swanson of WarisACrime.org and the Washington Director of Democrats.com held an impromptu press conference in front of Union Station in Washington, D.C. He was sharply critical of Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) on the issue of “off the books” military spending. Meanwhile, Rep.
