On February 29, 2004, US marines abducted him at gunpoint, airlifting him forcibly to the Central Africa Republic. It was one of Haiti's darkest moments, losing its beloved leader, reelected President in 2000 with 92% of the vote. For over six years, he's been exiled in South Africa, wants to return, and on January 19, wrote an open letter, thanking his host country and their people for welcoming him hospitably, saying:
Since forcibly abducted, "the people of Haiti have never stopped calling for my return....Despite the enormous (post-quake) challenges that they face....their determination to make the return happen has increased."
"As far as I am concerned, I am ready....today, tomorrow, at any time. The purpose is very clear: To contribute to serving my Haitian sisters and brothers as a simple citizen in the field of education."

Seed bombs are compressed balls of soil and compost that have been impregnated with wildflower seeds. When jettisoned onto construction sites, abandoned lots, etc. seed bombs become a method of protesting and combating urban sprawl.
The BLU-82B or “Daisy Cutter” bomb has been described as "the largest conventional bomb in existence and is 17 feet long and 5 feet in diameter, about the size of a Volkswagen Beetle but much heavier. It contains 12,600 pounds of GX slurry (ammonium nitrate, aluminum powder, and polystyrene) … the ammonium nitrate in just one Daisy Cutter bomb is about six times the amount used in the bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City."

During Chinese President Hu Jintao's state visit, a US - China Joint Statement said:
"The United States stressed that the promotion of human rights and democracy is an important part of its foreign policy. China stressed that there should be no interference in any country's internal affairs."
Washington often chides other nations about their abuses and injustices at home and abroad. In fact, no other nation matches America's disdain for human and civil rights, yet as Washington Post writers John Pomfret and Scott Wilson said in their January 20 article headlined, "Obama hosts Hu Jintao on state visit, presses China on human rights:"
"President Obama used his summit Wednesday with Chinese President Hu Jintao to place human rights front and center in the US relationship with the world's preeminent ascending power."

I. The Crisis
We are now at the breaking-point, in a present moment when civilization throughout our planet is presently wobbling at the brink of what could probably soon be, the greatest crisis of humanity since Europe's Fourteenth-century plunge into an inflationary new dark age, or probably much worse. The cause of today's crisis of civilization, is centered, at this moment, within the British Isles, but its reach throughout Europe is from Portugal to, and throughout Russia. It is a crisis which has been steered, by the British empire's controlling political influence, once again, via such Wall Street perenniels as the House of Morgan, into our United States.
Fortunately, there are still, very brief moments of opportunity for changing this during the few weeks ahead, but we dare not wait longer. The new, very brief alternatives exist only if we have leaders who have the wisdom and courage to act immediately as I do in presenting the case for the needed rescue, here and now.

This article has been torturing me for the last five years. I know I should have written it a long time ago, but either the World situation wasn't right, or I was was daunted by the thought of writing this narrative that I knew would bea task that I didn't really want to start. I take the blame for not writing this sooner, but we are all human and beset by inadequacy.
I have been writing for at least seven year now about our nation. I have alluded to some of the things I'm going to mention in this article. I haven't been completely remiss, but the situation our nation is faced with deserves more that writing about it's evils. We must start with how this nation got the way it has become.

Don't bet on it, or at most expect prosecutorial pretense, theater, with Baby Doc Duvalier free to return to his luxury French villa, though perhaps later than planned. A previous article discussed his arrival and 15 dictatorial years of rule (plus his father's), accessed through the following link:

On January 18, New York Times writer Ginger Thompson headlined, "Former Haitian Dictator to Face Charges," saying:
"Haitian prosecutors presented formal charges of corruption and embezzlement against the former dictator Jean-Claude (Baby Doc) Duvalier on Tuesday, raising the level of uncertainty surrounding his abrupt emergence from exile this week."

“It is highly probable that but for the Arabs modern European civilization would never have arisen at all; it is absolutely certain that but for them, it would not have assumed that character which has enabled it to transcend all previous phases of evolution. For although there is not a single aspect of European growth in which the decisive influence of Islamic culture is not traceable, nowhere is it so clear and momentous as in the genesis of that power which constitutes the paramount distinctive force of the modern world and the supreme source of its victory-natural science and the scientific spirit.” Robert Briffault (The Making of Humanity).

After the inaugural ceremony in Alabama at Dexter Avenue King Memorial Church, when Gov. Robert Bentley blew so much idiot wind this Christian-who is running for House of Representatives in Florida- went into a state of reflection regarding his statement:
"Anybody here today who has not accepted Jesus Christ as their savior, I'm telling you, you're not my brother and you're not my sister."

Jan. 28 UPDATE: Wyoming Food Freedom Act back, sans raw milk exclusion. Also, according to the Tenth Amendment Center, Democrat Representative Walter Kumiega of Deer Isle, Maine has introduced a Food Freedom Act, similar to the one that was introduced in Wyoming.
On Tuesday, by a vote of 5-4, agriculture committee members rejected the Wyoming Food Freedom Act which would have exempted some food products from government inspections and would have encouraged the sale and consumption of homemade foods.
Sue Wallis, who introduced the measure, told the Billings Gazette its defeat was "disappointing."
Georgia, however, will consider two bills to protect food freedom, introduced by Cobb County Rep. Bobby Franklin. H.B. 12, the Georgia Food Freedom Act, exempts from regulation direct farm to consumer products as long as they are "unprocessed" which is defined as those "that have not been shelled, canned, cooked, fermented, distilled, preserved, ground, crushed, or slaughtered."
Franklin also introduced H.B. 2, Georgia Right to Grow Act, which bans localities from prohibiting or requiring a permit "for the growing or raising of food crops or chickens, rabbits, or milk goats in home gardens, coops, or pens on private residential property so long as such food crops or animals or the products thereof are used for human consumption by the occupant of such property and members of his or her household and not for commercial purposes."

Since its very inception in 1946, the United Nations Security Council demonstrated that it cannot be trusted as a podium of justice for the world countries, specially the oppressed and defenseless nations which eye the assistance and patronage of the powerful and economically influential nations for tackling their political predicaments and crises, and showed that it merely pursues the interests of its small bloc of five permanent members and undemocratically discriminates against a multitude of countries who don't have a say in the policies which directly affects them.
