“If this war propaganda succeeds,” stated Lyndon LaRouche on May 4, “World War III could be the result. The U.S. press and the Obama Administration do not have the authority to tell brazen lies about the situation in Ukraine, with impunity. They must be held accountable, and now, or we could be looking at a global catastrophe.”
Right now, however, the Obama Administration, the Western media, and most Western governments are indeed continuing to tell lies. In the face of one of the most brazen Nazi massacres in recent history--the burning alive of anti-Kiev protestors in Odessa on May 3 by neo-Nazis from the Right Sector, soccer hooligans, and others--nary an official or a publication from the West has come out to tell the truth. Horrific available videos are being ignored, and the Russians are being blamed for these crimes.

Israel is the only nation without fixed borders. It wants them expanded. It wants territory not its own stolen. It has no constitution. Basic Laws substitute. Netanyahu is a world class thug. He shames the office he holds. He heads the most ruthless regional regime. It's one of the world's worst. It threatens its neighbors. It mocks democratic governance. Days earlier Netanyahu said:
"It is my intention to submit a Basic Law to the Knesset that would provide a constitutional anchor for Israel's status as the national state of the Jewish people."
He called doing so the most "basic ingredient in our national lives…"
Officially establishing it "will win legal status just as other central ingredients that constitute our fundamental core that have already been ruled into the Basic Law of Knesset," he said.
"Unfortunately, as we have seen recently, there are those who do not recognize this natural right and who seek to appeal the historical, legal and moral justification for the existence of the state of Israel as the nation-state of our people."

Ukraine is engulfed in conflict. It may be only a matter of time until it spreads nationwide.
It's Obama's war. It's low-intensity. It threatens to escalate. Mass slaughter may follow.
At risk is spreading it cross-border. It threatens potential East/West confrontation.
On Saturday, Kiev putschist official Vasyl Krutov said:
"What we are facing in the Donetsk region and in the Eastern regions is not just some kind of short-lived uprising. It is in fact war."
Washington bears full responsibility. Obama officials orchestrated Ukraine's legitimate President Viktor Yanukovych's ouster. They did so lawlessly.
They elevated fascist putschists to power. They have no legitimacy whatever. They're convenient US stooges.

They proliferate daily. Shameless propaganda substitutes for hard truths.
it mocks legitimate journalism. It fronts for power. It does so reprehensibly. It betrays readers and viewers in the process.
It exceeds the worst of Cold War misinformation. It increases chances for global conflict. It drives things unconscionably toward it.
Sunshine is the best disinfectant. On May 4, RT International did responsible fact-checking. "MSM uncertain who is behind deadly Odessa blaze," it said.
Hard evidence omits doubt. Video footage delivers clarity. Not according to scoundrel media liars. RT put it this way, saying:
"Despite clear evidence that the pro-Kiev radicals set Odessa's House of Trade Unions ablaze on Friday killing dozens, the mainstream media (are) being ambiguous about the causes of the tragedy."
Misinformation proliferates. Hard truths are buried. "(A)ssigning blame to those who actually set the building on fire" is ignored.
MSM sources were scandalously unreliable. They remain so. Kiev's version of events was featured. Victims were blamed for neo-Nazi Right Sector crimes.

Imagine your political party dictating what you may say in public, demanding you NOT perform at your job or punishing you for supporting the environment. What if you could be punished for breaking a rule before it exists? For California Orange County Democrats that day has arrived.
RULE THROUGH FEAR AND PAYOUTS
April 28, 2014, Orange, California: At the Democratic Party of Orange County, California, an unprecedented vote in support of a resolution establishing a new party procedure took place. The resolution was based on the premise that one powerful special interest group, at odds with the majority of members on many issues, has the absolute right to micro-manage the speaking rights of official volunteers when those volunteers are not engaged in party business. The outcome of the vote also clarified that volunteers could be ordered to incompetently perform in their real life jobs when ordered to do so by party leaders. This could force volunteers to have to choose between continuing to help the party or risk losing their jobs or professional licenses. Official volunteers could be required to support dangerous environmental projects that could endanger human lives, animal life and the planet. Open-mindedness, integrity and the right to think and speak the truth were essentially made case for removal from volunteer positions.

Ukraine is the epicenter of European fascist reemergence. Friday's Odessa massacre revealed its ugly face writ large.
Unrestrained brutality explains it. More of the same is likely. Perhaps much worse ahead. Maybe Friday's incident was prelude for more planned slaughter.
On May 2, Itar Tass reported what happened in Odessa, saying:
"As many as 38 people died in a fire lit by Ukraine's Right Sector and self-defence radicals at the building of trade union council in the Black Sea city of Odessa on Friday, a spokesman for the Ukrainian interior ministry said."
"According to the ministry, thirty people died of carbon monxide intoxication, eight died having jumped out of windows. As many as 50 people sought medical assistance, including ten policemen."
On May 3, Itar Tass reported Ukraine's Interior Ministry saying:
"As a result of clashes and fire in the Trade Unions House in Odessa's Kulikovo Pole square, 42 people have died and 125 have been injured and taken to hospital. There are 21 policemen among the injured."
Itar Tass said survivors "were cruelly beaten by Kiev radicals with batons."

On May 4, Itar Tass headlined "West actually imposes information blockade on Ukraine tragic events - Russia ForMin."
Russia's Foreign Ministry was clear and unequivocal saying:
"While Ukrainian punitive squads are carrying out their operations in east Ukraine, conducting sweeps in some settlements and blocking some others, the West has actually imposed an information blockade on tragic events taking place in that country."
"It is quite illustrative that even in the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) no one is aware that the blood is being shed in Ukraine and troops are shooting at unarmed people."
Russia demands accountability. It wants unbiased OSCE and Council of Europe assessments. It wants buried truths revealed.

Washington bears full responsibility. Rogue EU partners share it. So do Kiev fascist putschists.
They're convenient US stooges. They mock legitimacy. State terrorism is official policy.
Washington fully supports it. Putin forthrightly condemns it. He represents responsible geopolitical leadership. He's polar opposite Obama.
His spokesman Dmitry Peskov released an official statement. It addressed Odessa's massacre, saying:
"The authorities in Kiev not only bear direct responsibility, but are complicit in these criminal activities. Their arms are up to the elbows in blood."
Odessa reflects "the connivance of those who consider themselves the authority in Kiev."

John Kerry repeats them ad nauseam. They come in country reports. They're in press releases. They're in daily briefings.
May 3 is World Press Freedom Day. It reminds governments of their obligation to support it. Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states:
"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."
On May 2, a State Department Fact Sheet addressed world press freedom. It did so disingenuously. Washington goes all-out to suppress it.

Kiev putschists helicoptered them in. They came with orders to cause mayhem. They attacked federalization supporters.
They did so violently. Gunfire was heard. Three deaths were reported. So were over a dozen injuries.
The House of Trade Unions was set ablaze. Neo-Nazis did so with anti-Maidan activists inside.
Reports said 38 people died. Thirty succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning. Eight perished jumping out of windows.
Another 50 needed medical treatment. Ten policemen were affected.
An emergency meeting followed. Mayor Vladimir Nemirovsky said:
"We are making all possible intensive measures to restore law and order." Violent perpetrators will be prosecuted, he added.
Reports said about 1,500 Kiev supporters gathered in central Odessa's Sobornaya Square. Radicalized Chernomorets football club supporters joined them.
Right Sector insignia were prominently displayed. Thugs came armed with chains, bats, shields and other weapons. They came looking for trouble.
They shouted "Glory to Ukraine." "Death to enemies." "Knife the Moskals." It's a derogatory Ukrainian term for Russians.
Hundreds of anti-Kiev activists confronted them. Clashes followed. Mayhem explains what happened. Both sides used Molotov cocktails, smoke grenades and rocks.
Earlier Odessan rallies demanded local autonomy. They want referendum authority to assure it.
Police chief Petr Lutsuk demanded expelling recently-arrived radicalized elements, saying:
"A large number of people had gathered in Kiev, and it was decided to send these groups to Odessa."
"We do not need them. They came and created a volatile situation."
Local authorities couldn't restrain fighting. It spread to Deribasovskaya Street and Grecheskaya Square.
Police used shields to evacuate injured victims. Activists built barricades in self-defense.
The battle for Slavyansk continues. Kiev military forces launched it pre-dawn Friday.
Activists said helicopters fired missiles on Ukrainian civilians. Attacking them constitutes a grievous war crime.
Ground forces seized checkpoints. Activists defended the city. Human chains blocked advancing APCs. They risked their lives doing it.
