The reality of corporate greed and domination in this nation, combined with the U.S. corporate-government's wars abroad and de facto political manipulation and repression at home under the administrative auspices of Barack Obama, has brought ordinary, everyday Black, White, Brown, Red, and Yellow people to the very brink of economic and political ruin and emaciation.

Surrounded by the Turkish veteran member of NATO in the north, the Israeli NATO partner and the navy fleets of the member states patrolling the Mediterranean in the west, the alliance’s Jordanian partner in the south, and in the east hosting a NATO mission in Iraq, which is expected to develop into the 12th Arab partner, and lonely swimming in a sea of the Arab and Israel strategic allies of the United States, the Syrian regime of President Bashar al-Assad stands as the Yugoslavia of the Middle East, that has to join the expansion southward of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization as well as the “new world order” engineered by the U.S. unipolar power, kicked out as the odd regional number, or join Iraq and Libya in being bombed down to the medieval ages.
Washington Wants Its Imperial Model Replicated in Libya

Washington ran NATO's imperial war against Libya to colonize, occupy and plunder another vassal state. Democracy and humanitarian considerations are non-starters. Only wealth and power matters.
Libyans will be ruthlessly exploited. Decades of vital social gains are lost. NATO turned Libya into a charnel house. Tens of thousands of corpses bear testimony.
Major media scoundrels lied about war objectives from inception. Now they cheerlead ravaged Libya's success. Correspondents there see one thing and report another. They make pimps, prostitutes and dope peddlers look respectable in comparison.
Out-of-Control Israeli State Terror

Having friends in high places in Washington lets Israel get away with murder.
On October 31, Ma'an News said continued Israeli air strikes so far killed 12 Gazans. Others were wounded, some severely.
Overnight Sunday, the IDF confirmed additional air strikes. Another ceasefire took effect at 10:00PM. Nonetheless, early Monday attacks continued, targeting Khan Yunis in southern Gaza. Israel overflights continue.
Given its propensity for violence, expect more attacks any time for any reason or none at all. On Sunday, Netanyahu relished having them, saying:
"There is no ceasefire." Israeli forces will "protect the residents of the south and wipe out the rocket launchers. I promise that the other side will pay an even heavier price than it has up to now until it stops firing."
No matter that Gazans respond defensively to premeditated Israeli attacks. Netanyahu inverted truth, blaming victims of IDF crimes. Since Cast Lead ended in January 2009, Hamas rigorously observed ceasefire terms. So do other resistance forces except when attacked.

This report documents one of the bitter legacies of the 1975-1990 civil war which is the thousands of people whose fates remain unknown.
Netanyahu Threatens Gazans with Death

Throughout its history, Israel had belligerent, racist prime ministers, none worse than Netanyahu. He talks peace but mocks and spurns it.
His extremism heads Israel toward the brink. His worst ever government enrages global millions. Eventually, Israel may end up isolated and universally vilified as a pariah state.
Already, it's a regional menace. Lawlessly occupied for 44 years, Palestinians know it best. Gaza remains suffocating under siege. Militantly, Netanyahu wants harsher conditions. On October 30, Haaretz headlined, "Netanyahu to Gaza militants: Israel's policy is kill or be killed," saying:
Netanyahu threatened attacks against "every attempt to fire against Israel and anyone who fires anyway."
Revolution to build, not to revenge

It has been almost a year since the explosion in the Arab streets. In what has become known as The Arab Spring, a movement that is still spreading in the Arab streets from one community to another and from one country to another.
This movement raised many questions and created strong waves of action and dialogue, locally and internationally. It has proven that the real globalization is the people’s globalization where the modern means of communication started to turn the table on the corporate and the special interest groups becoming servants to the people’s movement. Some feel it is not a revolution, forgetting that a revolution is a change and that change is never momentary, but rather a series of actions that change people’s life, and that the 1st action, the revolt, is an action that started but didn’t accomplish its mission yet.
Living Under Israel's Boot

In Gaza, it means living under siege and Israeli air, land and sea attacks. West Bank communities face day and night incursions.
In the week ending October 27, 58 were conducted, nearly 10 a day. Israel arrests Palestinians while releasing others. Every Palestinian wonders when their loved ones may be taken in middle of the night raids, including children young as ten.
International law doesn't restrain Israeli persecution. Peaceful protestors taste tear gas, rubber bullets, stun grenades, beatings and other abusive tactics to disperse them.
On October 27, Israel bombed three Khan Younis locations in southern Gaza. No deaths or injuries were reported. Central Gaza's Deir al-Balah was also struck, again with no casualties.
This Time It’s for Real

The occupy movement is not just a passing fancy. People are pissed. When interviewed for the mainstream news they give relatively mild answers to why they are there. Out of the camera view, there is real anger toward the 1% that controls everything. George Carlin said it best when he proclaimed that “The country is run by one big club “And you ain’t in it!” he also told us “They own you. The corporations and the rich own this country and they don’t give a shit about you. They don’t care. They don’t give a shit about you!” and everyone laughed. Now they aren’t laughing anymore.
