Venezuelan National Guard has thrown grenades with tear gas to the building of a residential home for children and elderly people in the city of Maracaibo, according to reports. NTN24 news outlet reported on Monday that the National Guard used the grenades after an attempt of people participating in an anti-government rally to hide in the building of the social facility.

A California-based drone maker has unveiled the Snipe, a miniature scouting quad-copter designed for tactical use by infantry in the field. 20 of the 5-ounce drones have already been delivered to the US government, the company said. 7,900 other Soviet flat blocks in Moscow, are to be torn down, in what will be one of the largest urban resettlement programmes in history. 25 million sq metres of residential real estate – more than 10% of the city’s housing stock – will be torn down.
