California State Assembly passed what pro-life advocates called a radical measure they’ve dubbed “The Infanticide Bill.” known as AB 2223, passed by a vote of 48-21 in the Democrat-controlled Assembly. Four people were killed in a shooting inside of St. Francis Hospital The gunman, Michael Louis, 45, took his own life after killing four people, according to police. Michael Louis targeted Dr. Preston Phillips, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in spinal surgery who performed back surgery on Louis last month.
