Desert Peace

The actions of deranged bulldozer operator in Jerusalem made headlines throughout the world yesterday. Because the man was a Palestinian it was immediately labeled a terrorist attack. Four people were left dead, including the ‘terrorist’ himself.

Nothing justifies such actions. Nothing is gained by such actions. Again, as in previous attacks, only the zionists appear to be the victors. Again, the State of Israel gains the sympathy of a world that is totally unaware of the real victims in the conflict.

It has been an entire week since one of those victims was involved himself in a state sponsored and endorsed terrorist attack. One lone journalist returning home after receiving the honours of being the ‘voice of the voiceless‘ in Gaza. One lone journalist who still goes through the healing process in a hospital in Gaza from wounds suffered during his beating and torture.

The International media has been notified of this situation, for some reason they have rendered it not a news item. It received coverage from a few fellow journalists and friends of Mohammed Omer, but nothing more except for a statement from the Israeli government themselves denying the entire incident.

All information available can be found on my Blog, HERE, HERE, and HERE. As long as Israel appears to be the one under attack, nothing will change as far as the real story actually getting known.

My readers can help this become a reality by signing THIS petition. Only with the intervention and pressure of the international community will justice come to the people of Palestine. Without that, the situation will only get worse. Don’t let that happen.
