A Lie Called 911: Why A Federal Grand Jury Must Indict Bush and Cheney

It's time to drive a stake through the heart of an evil beast --Bush's official conspiracy theory of 911. We are expected to believe that 19 Arab hijackers brought down the twin towers and damaged the Pentagon by flying hijacked airliners into them. Proof that the story is a lie is, at the same time, probable cause to indict Dick Cheney, George W. Bush and others in this criminal administration for the crimes of mass murder and treason.

Moreover, there is now evidence that 'flight manifests' were 'revised' --after the fact --to shore up the holes in Bush's official conspiracy theory. The original 'official flight manifests' were released in response to a FOIA request. What is found on pro-government websites may be called "official' but they are not! They are, however, easily proven to be untruthful because they are inconsistent with public, verifiable facts and other information that is known to be accurate.

As many as nine 'hijackers' survived 911. Nevertheless, a pro-official conspiracy web sites has posted what it calls "official manifest images" in which all hijackers are listed in place on the flights in question. The very name of the page is untruthful: 'official manifest images". The list provided in fancy graphics is represented as 'official' but it is most certainly not official. The names represented on the graphic do not and have never represented the 'official flight manifests' that were released to Dr. Ted Olmsted as a result of his FOIA request.

Astute observers noticed right away that there were no Arabic sounding names on any of the flight manifests of the planes that "crashed" Sept 11. A list of names on a piece of paper is not evidence, but an autopsy by a pathologist is.I undertook by FOIA request, to obtain that autopsy list of the people on Flight 77, which hit the Pentagon. You are invited to view it below. Guess what? Still no Arabs on the list. In my opinion, the monsters who planned this crime made a mistake by not including Arabic names on the original list to make the ruse seem more believable.When airline disasters occur, airlines will routinely provide a manifest list for anxious families. You may have noticed that even before Sep 11th, airlines were pretty meticulous about getting an accurate head count before takeoff. It seems very unlikely to me that FIVE Arabs sneaked onto a flight with weapons.

Olmsted requested and received what was called an 'official flight manifest'. It differs from what pro-government sites are now calling "official manifest images" in that there were not then nor now Arab names on the list. Rather, the list Olmsted received from the government in response to his FOIA request, matches precisely what had been originally reported and is still reported by CNN. Therefore: the original and official flight manifests did not and do not include the name of a single Arab hijacker. That bears repeating: the original and official flight manifests did not and do not include the name of a single Arab hijacker. And here is the 'official list' of Hijacking suspects from the FBI website:

As an aside, I think it interesting that a hijacking 'suspect' should 'protest his innocence'. If he were guilty, he would be dead! Dead folk do not protest innocence. Just being alive is compelling evidence that he is not only innocent, but that Bush's official conspiracy theory is a pack of lies just as were his allegations of WMD in Iraq.

Several mainstream media have reported 'living hijackers'. Pro-government conspiracy theorists cannot explain the the fact that numerous 'hijackers', still found on the FBI's list of suspects, are still alive and giving interviews. [See: BBC: Hijack 'suspects' alive and well ] That would be impossible if you subscribe to the propaganda and mis-information that has been put forward by a marginal, pro-government site called: 911 Myths...reading between the lies. This is site responsible for a 'fancy graphic' listing 'Arab Suspects' that never showed up on 'official flight manifests' released in response to a formal FOIA request, delivered to Dr. Olmsted [previously cited]. The list, an 'official flight manifest' provided Dr. Olmsted, conforms to the list that was posted and represented as official by CNN. There is not a single Arab name on the list. CNN has likewise posted a list of suspects based upon an 'official list' of 'hijackers' provided by the FBI. The name Hani Hanjour shows up on the FBI list of suspects, but, inconsistently, he is missing from the real 'official flight manifests' that were released to Dr. Olmsted. Now official conspiracy theorists have faith that Hani Hanjour piloted Flight 77 into the Pentagon where the lives of all on board were lost! Significantly, Hani Hanjour is not listed on the 'official passenger manifest' of Flight 77. The Washington Post reported that he didn't make the fligt because he may not have had a ticket. You won't find that fact at the pro-government conspiracy site. [See: Washington Post, 9/16/01 ] Not only is Hanjour, critical to the government's official conspiracy theory, not on the list of passengers on Flight 77, he is not on the 'official autopsy' list. If he did not get 'autopsied' there is an excellent chance that he still lives.

The best explanation: Hani Hanjour is still alive. If Hanjour is alive, he could not have piloted Flight 77 into the Pentagon, unless government theorists would like to posit that he bailed out seconds before 'his' 757 crashed into the Pentagon. That's ludicrous, of course, but in every instance the Bush theories are ludicrous, transparent lies.

It is not only Hanjour who throws a monkey wrench into the government's theory. It is every other 'Arab' who is said to have helped the hijack plot but whose names do not show up on the official list of passengers. It's also a nail in the coffin that contains Bush's official 911 lie. An official Autopsy List of Flight 77, obtained in Dr. Olmsted's FOIA request, is admissible in court. If there were no arabs on the pathologists list, then there were most certainly no Arabs on the flight. Additionally, there is no evidence to indicate that any 'Arab' remains were among those interred. Certainly, we would not expect to see the names of living hijackers --Hani Hanjour, for example --among those autopsied. One does not survive an autopsy. Hani Hanjour in particular is crucial to Bush's official conspiracy theory. He is said to have piloted Flight 77. He could not have done so without getting on board, without dying, without showing up on an 'official autopsy list', without being interred somewhere. There is no evidence that he did any of those things.

If, however, Bush's story were true, everyone 'said' to have been on the flight --including Hanjour and the other 'Arabs" --would have died. They most certainly would not have escaped the pathologists list; they most certainly would not be giving interviews, they most certainly would not be 'protesting their innocence'. Clearly, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld et al conspired to pull off what the Project for the New American Century had called 'some catastrophic and catalyzing event'.

It requires astounding gullibility to believe that wars against Afghanistan and Iraq did not follow from the PNAC policy subscribed to by both Bush and Cheney. Both wars have, in fact, benefited primarily Dick Cheney's Halliburton, the oil industry in general, and the panoply of military/industrial complex contractors like black shirted goons and professional murderers --Blackwater! This complex constitutes America's Praetorian Guard, the industrialization of war for the benefit of the very, very few. Mussolini would have called this 'fascism'. And so it is!

On the very day, the very moment that Dick Cheney was supervising an exercise in which terrorists would attack the Pentagon and WTC, a rag tag gang of 'terrorists', we are expected to believe, would do precisely that! Nevermind the astronomical odds against it, it just didn't happen.

In the absence of any 'official' document or 'official flight manifest' or 'autopsy list', there is simply NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER that any hijacker was on board Flight 77. If, indeed, they had gotten on board and all was just a mistake, is it really likely that only Arab names would fail to make the lists?

Dick Cheney had the opportunity and the means by which such a crime could be pulled off. He was in command of the US armed forces that day. A small band of some 19 Arabs, by contrast, challenged to fly Cessnas, had no means by which they would or could coordinate the strikes, and, most certainly could not have gotten on board any flight without showing up on 'real' or 'official flight manifests'. The names show up now --but only after the fact and only on highly partisan, pro-government web sites like the one cited above. Anyone can make a list of any set of names at any time and label however they like. But that does not make it so!

Dick Cheney was, in fact, supervising exercises that 'gamed' the very crime that should now be investigated by a Federal Grand jury. The logical and commonsense conclusion is that Dick Cheney was realizing the NEOCON dream of a catalyzing event comparable to Pearl Harbor. Cheny would benefit personally from such an event. His partners at Halliburton and elsewhere in the Military/Industrial complex would enrich themselves with a war agenda to include war against Afghanistan and later, upon the pretext that Saddam was a nuclear threat who had ties to 'al Qaeda', the war against Iraq. Even the co-chairs of the 911 Commission have disowned their own work. It is time now that Dick Cheney be compelled to testify before a Federal Grand Jury convened to consider charges of mass murder and treason.

In late April of 2001, just five months before the September 11 attack date, Mohamed Atta was stopped for driving erratically late at night near Ft Lauderdale, Florida. By then, the pilots all had their licenses, final-phase planning must have been under way. Yet, here was Osama bin Laden's field commander for the entire operation, driving a red Pontiac (though 15 years old), with Arabic stickers, and no driver's license, or at least none he would show.

Warned and lucky, Atta was told to show up for a court date, with a license, or a warrant would go out for his arrest. He got the license but failed to show. Ten weeks later, he was stopped for speeding, but unaccountably no computer coughed up a warrant. Now Florida has reciprocity; so at least in theory and for no good reason, the September 11 attack team functioned its last four months with an arrest warrant out for their leader in 50 states.

Having sorted out the contestants in their publicly touted "mastermind" of the month contest, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) released this disclosure of Khalid Sheik Mohammed, (so successfully water-boarded in Pakistan). Zacarias Moussaoui, who'd presumably attracted Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) attention by advising his flight instructor that he wasn't much interested in take-offs and landings [1], hadn't been a member of the 9/11 teams at all; he was being held in reserve. Why? Because he was a belligerent loud-mouth and hence a security risk. As he so proved.

Point is, any decent handler with minimal judgment and authority would have yanked Moussaoui out of the country within days of this assessment. But no, he was left scheming on his own, possibly with consequences for al-Qaeda more severe than we know ... such as forcing the attack date.

No license, sloppy driving, even Arabic stickers; worse, an unbalanced agent working solo. These aren't just lapses in the learning curve of an amateur operation; these are ludicrous standards for operational security in any clandestine organization.
In the orchestrated fear campaign pursuant to the attack, we were systematically inundated with extravagant claims for al-Qaeda's potency, reach, cohesion, dedication, vision and Satanic focus. Dr No on petrodollars! Everything Vladimir Lenin could wish he'd had or been! Of course much of this has since - in the jargon of the financial press - been "subject to downward revision"; yet, to this day, insistence on al-Qaeda as a formerly monolithic, then metastasized, demon pathology of epic capacity for terror and evil, has been virtually obligatory throughout the US media: left, right and center.

As late as June 2, 2006, National Intelligence czar John Negroponte pronounced al-Qaeda as the biggest threat to America in the world today. Again, prima facia evidence to the contrary accumulated from day one. Why, if the enemy was so formidable, were a quarter of his assets hanging out over a hayfield in the middle of nowhere, an hour and a quarter past the initial strike on the North Tower? Why were the hijacker's identities rumbled so quickly; why didn't they have identification documents with Anglicized, or Europeanized or Latinized names? And the big tracking question: If they're this good tactically, how good are they strategically?

Our first clue came in late December. Having scored perhaps the most spectacular guerrilla attack in the history of warfare, what did al-Qaeda do for an encore? Would-be trans-Atlantic airline bomber Richard Reid, who couldn't find the bathroom to blow up his shoes.

There are perfectly satisfactory answers to the above questions and others like them, but these matter less than what they spell out collectively. September 11 was a minimalist operation, funded at the cost of a modest San Francisco Bay Area condominium, by a small, weak opponent. At its height, al-Qaeda's external operations never mounted to better than a third-rate execution.

Beyond that, al-Qaeda's been an American-made myth: fear, credulity ... and hype.

The military and the intellectuals - the social elements with perspective - were not that impressed, (the FBI and terrorism professionals were hysterical). Al-Qaeda wasn't even the first suspect; the initial law enforcement sweep was scattershot, and rolled up a large Israeli spy ring along with all the Arab males and foreigners. [2] New York was wounded but sober. It was the American TV audience that was blown away.

On closer examination - all publicly available information - every Washington-generated myth about al-Qaeda erodes or vaporizes. Here are two.

(By Bohdan Pilacinski) above interesting the method used in that article to display the total lack of any real sophistication with in Al –CIA-DA to be competent enough to really pull off 9/11. The primary interest is the way the bush administration has marketed to the public the danger of AL-CIA-DA and their organization when in fact there is neither. Isn’t criminal to conflate the threat of AL-CIA-DA and use it to justify the only reason you have left to be in Iraq?

So yes it seems to indicate that the 19 stooges pulled off 9/11 yet at the same time it also indicates the bush administration as derelict in their duty to protect the United States. These facts only brings us back for the need of a real investigation to 9/11 because if the bush administration was in fact derelict in their duty then they need to be exposed and held accountable as the real failures they are and receive the punishment due them.

Whether you're aware of it or not, whether you consciously have chosen to be a dis-info agent or not, you are IN FACT peddling a lot of disinformation on the 9/11 issue. The central fact about the matter is that Israel and the ziocon-infested American government did 9/11. It also needs to be said that the primary instigators behind this extraordinary crime were certain members of the Jewish banking family Rothschild, and their American agents, the Rockefellers.

In your first comment, which I deleted, you offered up a "poem" about global warming (!).

In your second comment, you posted an article written by someone else, which tries to focus on how 9/11 was executed -in the sense of well/badly ("third-rate"). To do this is to divert attention from the central fact(s).

In your third comment, you start by commenting on your own (previous) comment (!). Of course Israel used stooges / patsies for this operation. Of course it did! However, the statement "the 19 stooges pulled off 9/11" (as if they acted on their own) is disinformation. They did not act on their own! Let's be clear about this:

Israel and the US government pulled off 9/11.

Jesse, your last paragraph is pure disinformation:

a) So yes it seems to indicate that the 19 stooges pulled off 9/11
b) it also indicates the bush administration as derelict in their duty to protect the United States.
c) you then go on to disqualifying your own purported "fact" by saying "if the bush administration was in fact derelict in their duty [...]".
[d) Israel is not mentioned by you at all.]

The Bush administration is not "derelict" in any sense of this word [1. due to negligence and / or incompetence it let it happen OR 2.that it let it happen on purpose (LIHOP)]. Far from it!

The ziocon infested Bush administration was the active and very deliberate perpetrators of this horrendous crime and treason ALONG with Israel. I would go as far as to say that Israel was the driving force behind it, the primary instigators being the Jewish banking family Rothschild and their American agents, the Rockefellers, and that without the Rothschilds and their brainchild Israel, this crime would never have been committed in the first place.
