We were not the first web site to post this particular article entitled, 'By Any Means Necessary'. Two other sites posted it before us on the 24th and 25th as indicated by the links below. If we are guilty of plagiarism they are also guilty and the entire internet is guilty. We didn't put words in theyrereal's mouth, we reposted the title we found as indicated below.

A request to remove an article has never happened before. Usually people are glad when we post their work and increase their exposure. We have learned that the lines of truth and free speech are often blurred when it comes to the Israeli Palestinian issue. There are now some people that would choose to strike out at thepeoplesvoice.org because of our position on this issue, which is:

The Palestinian people's land has been occupied by invaders just as Iraq is also being occupied by invaders. In such instances we will always be on the side of the non aggressor, the innocent, those who are being unjustly invaded.

It is our firm position that the Palestinian people must have their own independent and free state and they have the right to choose their own destiny. To accept anything less is to accept as legitimate the occupation of Palestine and the theft of Palestinian land.

This occupation, mass imprisonment, and systematic murder of the Palestinian people by Israel is a genocidal slaughter. Such lack of respect for human life by governments and states drags our civilization toward an abyss of repression, war, and self destruction.

We at thepeoplesvoice.org would like to see civilization go in the other direction towards justice and respect for all peoples and cultures and respect for all life.

This person known as 'theyrereal' is associated with the biased and utterly controlled environment of the Daily Khaos, where dissenting opinion and disagreement with the official pro Israel party line is not permitted. Maybe this interesting "comment" from 'zemblan', one of the more repulsive activists there, has something to do with this...

Another poster in another thread has pointed out that you crosspost your diaries on the hate site thepeoplesvoice.org.

This is a site that also has posts from people like the Holocaust deniers David Irving and Ernst Zündel, rants about the "Jewish Merchant Bankers" who run the world, posts from such well-known white supremacists as Edgar J. Steele, stuff from that whackbag-of-all-trades Lyndon LaRouche, and more than a little raw racism and bigotry. All of this has been documented recently in the context of another DKos poster who also crossposts there.

Theyrereal, why do you crosspost your stuff to a hate site?

It's paradoxical that 'theyrereal', who wrote with some measure of understanding about fear and its relationship to power & domination, should be so hysterical and aggressive in his "request" that we remove his article:

The most basic way to see who actually has power over someone else is to ask the following question: Who do they fear?

Who do the Democrats fear?

Do they fear us? Obviously no. Not one stinking bit.

Do they fear the American people in general? Same answer, only with laughter.

Do they fear the wrath of The Corporatocracy Gang of Which George Bush is the official Figurehead? DING DING DING!!!

The angry and hateful tone of theyrereal's "demand to be removed" is not untypical of DK members. We surmise that 'theyrereal' panicked at the thought of being 'outed' by his peers the way Eileen Fleming was. Maybe they should change the name of their web site to the Daily Kosher or even better, the Daily Witch Hunt. thepeoplesvoice.org has been singled out for slander and defamation over at DK lately. It really was a clever and yet very evil plan they executed. They first demonized thepeoplesvoice.org manufacturing a social pariah where none existed, and then they used guilt by association to attack a gifted and caring writer, Eileen Fleming.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the sad story, here it is: A regular poster to thepeoplesvoice.org, Eileen Fleming, became a member of the Daily Khaos, and started posting the same articles at thepeoplesvoice.org and the DK. Eileen, unlike most Americans and journalists, has been to the OPT, Occupied Palestinian Territory, a few times, and has met with Vanunu. We like to post Eileen's articles because she writes about the issues, the terrible injustice being done to the Palestinian people by Israel the occupier state, and the corrupt American political system which supports it. She doesn't write about hate for the Jews. Because of our sympathetic position towards the Palestinians, we regularly receive articles which go beyond the issues and attack the Jews as a race. This isn't what we are about. We consider these articles racist and we can't use them.

The Daily Khaos blog has an administrator who oversees the posts and comments in an individual's diary (place where people post their articles). Strangely the author of the diary has no say in who or what is posted in the comments under their diary entry. The author can also post comments, but that is the extent of their control over their own so-called diary. The Administrator with the hidden agenda has the final say over the comments posted on a diary and the diary itself.

After Mrs. Fleming began to post her usual articles about the occupied territories informing people of the real situation that exists in Palestine, the attacks started. They used her association with thepeoplesvoice.org as their flimsy excuse. They claimed that thepeoplesvoice.org was a hate site, and a white supremacist, holocaust denying site. The Khaos people never let up with their attacks and eventually they used Eileen's manufactured crime of guilt by association as an excuse to remove her from posting on the Daily Khaos.

All of their claims were false, but Eileen couldn't defend herself because she didn't know whether the accusations concerning thepeoplesvoice.org were true. She is unfamiliar with the content of all of the articles we have posted over the years. So the little Khaos Nazi hunters were able to find Edgar J. Steele, Zundel, Nimmo, and some other writers they didn't approve of on thepeoplesvoice.org web site and they were also able to find articles with terms like 'Zionist Jewish bankers'.

According to the idiots at the Daily Khaos, posting a few articles by writers that they don't like makes us a 'hate site'. The dreaded 'hate site' label is used to silence and discredit not only white supremacist web sites, but also those who effectively disagree.

But let's put some things in their proper perspective. We have posted well over a thousand articles and the Israeli / Palestinian issue makes up a small percentage of them. I have received over a hundred submissions from Edgar J. Steele, but have posted only three of them. They were not about the Jews, but were good, relevant, entertaining, non offensive submissions. This year I have had to read and reject about 250 articles which as I said, go beyond the issues and attack the Jews as a race.

So I posted one article by Zundel, discussing freedom of speech, the concept of imprisonment for saying something that is untrue. There wasn't anything inflammatory in the article which came from a letter Zundel had written from a prison cell in Germany. I felt that people should know that a man had been imprisoned for expressing his opinion. Although I don't agree with Zundel, I value my freedom of speech more than the need to silence one man. And speaking of Zundel, before he got himself locked up he was sending me his articles, claiming that the Nazi gas chambers didn't exist, and I didn't post any of them. I have seen the empty Zyclon B containers and I am sure that gas chambers were used by the Nazis to kill Jews.

Unlike the Daily Khaos, we don't have a political agenda to push. When a writer submits an article for publication we look to see if that particular article is accurate and factual, plus: is it in defense of the underdog, the little guy, the people whose country is being invaded, does it defend free speech and freedom in general, or is it in defense of the environment? Is it relevant, important, or useful? Does it attack injustice or corruption? These are some of the things that we are looking for. We view each article on it's own merits. We don't ban all of a writer's work because of statements they have made in the past.

We noticed in our site statistics that we were getting a few hits from the Daily Khaos. I decided to pay them a visit to find out what was being discussed. That is when I discovered the relentless attack being carried out against Eileen Fleming and thepeoplesvoice. The accusations were baseless and contrived and the attack had gone on for days. I created a screen name and entered the chat with the intention of asking some tough questions. They were attacking Eileen for posting on thepeoplesvoice.org, and they were falsely claiming that thepeoplesvoice was a holocaust denying hate site. With my first post I attempted to ask them where on thepeoplesvoice.org had they found a denial of the holocaust?

At first my question went unanswered and then to my amazement it disappeared from the screen. I asked my question again and again it disappeared. It seemed like an administrator was watching over the chat and they were deleting any posts challenging the baseless attack against Eileen and thepeoplesvoice.org. There was no open discussion possible, no airing of the facts possible. It was just a relentless, unending one-sided attack. I got the impression that the moderator who was deleting my posts was also one of the attackers and name callers.

After verbally attacking Eileen for days, the judge, jury, prosecutor and self-appointed executioner made this cowardly, snide little statement:

While Eileen's account was being deleted for the second time, I posted this statement on the Daily Khaos only to see it also deleted:

Well my friends you have shown your true colors here today for many visitors to see. I have witnessed many baseless slanders and groundless attacks. Thepeoplesvoice.org is neither a hate site nor an anti Semitic site. There is not one denial of the holocaust present on thepeoplesvoice.org web site however there are many pages reaffirming the holocaust.

It seems to me that the people here attack others for speaking about things that supporters of Israel don’t like. I would say Mrs. Fleming is not being attacked for any wrong she has done, but because of her views, and some people here have launched into a little smear job against her.

None of the accusations about Eileen Fleming or thepeoplesvoice have merit. You are only able to pull a single word taken out of context from a quote and this you say is grounds for your slander and hatred.

I have openly challenged you to back up your accusations that thepeoplesvoice.org or Eileen Fleming are anti-Semitic and that thepeoplesvoice.org posts holocaust denials, but you only delete my posts like a child.

Please show me where thepeoplesvoice.org has denied the holocaust as you have alleged over the past week, I want to see the proof and I am sure the public wants to see the proof also.

We at thepeoplesvoice.org are not worried about this attempt by the Daily Kos members to silence criticism of Israel and slander the critics. We know that the majority of Americans are fed up with the Bush dictatorship which ignores the will of the people and fights wars that benefit Zionist Israel.

In conclusion: See ya later Zionist! thepeoplesvoice doesn't need you, America doesn't need you, the Palestinian people sure don't need you, and the world doesn't need you either.

Zionist? -How do I know they are Zionists? Because they fear freedom of speech and smear anyone who defends Palestine.
