The Bush regime’s Patriot Act has removed freedom of speech and freedom of assembly in America and the people don’t yet realize they no longer have these Constitution rights. Now when Americans try to exercise their Constitutional right to assemble and speak out they are sometimes beaten or electrocuted to the ground and arrested. This is happening because the majority of Americans will not stand up for their freedom and have accepted fascism and repression. According to the polls, the people seem to want war and are glad their government attacks other countries and kills hundreds of thousands or millions of innocent people. When Kucinich and Paul tried to speak out for peace and ending the Iraq war, restoring human rights and constitutional rights, it proved to be unpopular with Americans, according to the polls, and the two unpopular patriots were soon swept from the election process. Obama realized that speaking out for peace and withdrawing soldiers from Iraq is very unpopular with certain people. Obama changed his tune and started talking about sending more troops to Afghanistan and keeping a permanent military force In Iraq. Only then did he seem to receive more support, but he has never really caught up with McCain, according to the polls. McCain will appear to win the selection, if it isn’t cancelled, because he has understood from the beginning what the American people really want? They believe that the American people have been molded into homicidal psychotics by a lifetime of brain washing by their corporate media. They want us to think: Even if Obama were to actively promote fighting a 'never ending war' or a nuclear war with Russia, he can’t catch up with McCain. We, the American people, are more confidant that McCain will deliver the unending war and mass death that we (they) truly desire.
