I don't take The Bible literally, but I do take what Jesus taught very seriously and he promised that the peacemakers would be called the children of God.

Jesus never said it was OK to bomb, torture or occupy others.

What we have in the USA is a lot of bad religion that has fused with the neo-con ideology of empire which is driven by a sense of superiority and nationalism.

I have now listened to this religiously paranoid Biblical literalist.

Chances are that, it is not peoples sexual preferences or Americans shallow entertainment choices but the American empire's military industrial complex and our societies vapid stupidity and fat ass gluttonous over consumption of the worlds resources that God would abhor.

However, it appears that this video has received over 30,000 visits in a week and that speaks volumes more.

People are hungry for a connection with God, but this video manipulates peoples fears and is not at all reading John's Revelation as John wrote it.

The Revelation of John was his dream, vision, poem, work of spiritual literature and it has been mangled unmercifully by literalists.

The bottom line of The Book of Revelation is that all man made empires of greed and violence will fall;

But the kingdom of God-a kingdom based on Justice and Peace, a kingdom where men will make war no more, will prevail.
