More Lies About Russian Airstrikes Killing Civilians in Syria

The misnamed, one-man operated, London-based, Western-supported Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) issues daily anti-Assad/anti-Russian propaganda reports, consistent misinformation substituting for hard facts.

Its latest on January 24 turned truth on its head, headlining “Russian and Syrian warplanes kill 164 civilians in revenge massacre,” omitting evidence because there is none, saying: Deaths “includ(e) 43 children and 25 women…massacre(d)…in the past 72 hours…in the towns of Tabia, Jazira, Khesham, and al-Bolel in the eastern countryside of Der-Ezzor…in addition to the death of a woman and a man who were killed by aerial bombardment on Ma’dan area in the eastern countryside of al-Raqqa.”

SOHR blames Russia’s aerial campaign since September 30 for 1,015 civilian Syrian deaths, including 238 children.

The Western and Gulf States-supported armed anti-Assad opposition Violations Documentation Center in Syria (VDC) group irresponsibly claims Russian airstrikes killed at least 1,505 civilians, including 346 children, only 47 fighters, according to its spokesman Bassam al-Ahmad.

The anti-government, Soros-backed, so-called White Helmets (aka Syria Civil Defense) wrongfully claimed Russia targeted civilians straightaway after launching its aerial campaign - initially destroying an entire Talbiseh neighborhood, killing 60 civilians.

A previous article discussed Amnesty International wrongfully blaming Russia for Syrian civilian deaths, a thinly veiled propaganda piece with no verifiable evidence backing its claims, just pro-Western sources and unnamed ones.

Moscow emphatically rejects false accusations, meant to vilify its effective anti-terrorist campaign. Its weapons hit targets with precision accuracy.

Photographic evidence of every strike proves they’re exclusively terrorist ones, civilians scrupulously protected.

Weeks earlier, Russia’s Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov responded harshly to false accusations, saying “(o)nce again nothing concrete or new was published, only the same cliches and fakes that we have already debunked repeatedly.”

“A characteristic feature of all these allegations is the lack of concrete evidence and references to anonymous witnesses. As for cluster munitions, Russian (aircraft don’t) us(e) them.”

Nor have its warplanes bombed hospitals, schools or other nonmilitary targets. False accusations persist.

Media scoundrels proliferate them repeatedly. Bashing Russia continues without letup. So does war on truth.
