Pastor fatally shot by police in drug sting

September 4th, 2009

Link: http://www.cnn.com/2009/CRIME/09/04/georgia.pastor.shot/index.html#cnnSTCText

ATLANTA, Georgia (CNN) -- A north Georgia pastor was shot to death by police when he struck an officer with his car after he was seen in a vehicle with a drug suspect, authorities told CNN. No drugs and nothing else illegal was found in Ayers' car, Bankhead said, "even though what occurred would make any undercover officer working drugs think that was a possibility. I can't get into that, but that's what we're looking at." It looks like the two cops just walked up behind his car and he didn’t see both of them, he didn’t actually hit anyone but he may have brushed against one of the cops, so kill him, right? It’s ok to kill people in America when they are buying drugs or even talking to someone who sells drugs. America has these ridiculous brutal laws to protect you because drugs might hurt you…

Amira Plainte against Israel

September 3rd, 2009

Yes, murderous child killing Israel and America, please, "we want you to come and explain things to us". Explain how you justify the mass murder of defenseless innocent women and children, how do you justify the genocidal slaughter of the Palestinian people, and the theft of their land and homes?

As of 7, February 2009, DCI-Palestine has confirmed the deaths of 304 children, and is investigating a further 96 reports of child fatalities. This means that as many as 400 children could have been killed in Operation Cast Lead.

Amira Al Karrem (15), Tel Al-Hawa, Gaza, filed a War crimes complaint yesterday against Israel at ICC, The Hague (Netherlands). During "Cast Lead" israeli operation this winter, she spend 60 hours, wounded, alone, without food and medical treatment. Her father, brother, and sister were killed befor her eyes. Kucinich: the Federal Reserve is paying banks NOT to make loans to struggling Americans!

September 2nd, 2009

U.S. Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio, 10th District) questions Neil M. Barofsky, the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP), testifying before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, about interest payments made to banks that keep their TARP funds and other government (taxpayer) bailout money with the Federal Reserve, instead of making loans to struggling Americans (the original intent of the TARP, remember?) The Fed makes generous interest payments to the banks for "parking" their "excess reserves" at the Fed.

And guess who will end up paying for this "interest" given to the banks, and everything else? That's right, you and me, John and Jane Q. Suckers!! The dumb, fat sheep!

By the way, Neil M. Barofsky is a good guy here -- don't beat up on him. He's in immediate danger of losing his job (if not his life) becauses he's revealing too many of the Temple's dark secrets. Barofsky deserves our full support.

You can download Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP) reports, testimonies and audits at sigtarp.gov. The July 20th, 2009 report, "SIGTARP Survey Demonstrates That Banks Can Provide Meaningful Information On Their Use Of TARP Funds," is esecially interesting and can be downloaded at: http://sigtarp.gov/reports/audit/2009/SIGTARP_Survey_Demonstrates_That_Banks_Can_Provide_Meaningfu_%20Information_On_Their_Use_Of_TARP_Funds.pdf

Exposing the Hidden Cost of Current Healthcare Scheme

September 2nd, 2009

from: William Hughes

On Aug. 30, 2009, Delegate Karen Montgomery (D-Montgomery County, MD), a vigorous advocate of a Single Payer Healthcare system, spoke at a picnic event, in Wheaton, MD. It was sponsored by the Progressive Democrats of Montgomery County. Mike Hersh, its chair, served as the moderator of the affair. Del. Montgomery said that a new law, HB 487, aka “The Stealth Bill,” was recently enacted in Maryland. It will reveal to the citizens some shocking details about the “hidden” costs of the current, badly-flawed healthcare scheme. For example, she charged that it will help to expose the excessive compensations packages, some as high as “$9 and 10 million a year,” paid to the CEOs of some of the not-for-profit healthcare providers; along with how some of these institutions purchase expensive “yachts;” belong to luxurious “country clubs memberships;” and also retain fat cat “lobbyists” to work “to kill” real healthcare reform in this state and also in the country. Del. Montgomery underscored how these excessive, mostly hidden costs, not truly related to the dispensing of healthcare services, have been routinely passed on by the healthcare providers and/or the insurance companies on to the consumers to pay. Makers Of Vaccination Refuse To Take H1N1

August 29th, 2009

Even scientists who helped develop the vaccine say they are not going to take it and urge their friends and family not to take it either, says Wayne Madsen, an investigative journalist and RT contributor. Meanwhile, it has been reported that vets have found traces of the swine flu virus in birds. It was detected in turkeys at farms in Chile. So far swine flu has proved to be very contagious, but not more deadly than the common flu. However, scientists fear it may combine with avian flu, which is currently very dangerous but hard to pass on.
