Caught On Tape: Federal Agents Taser And Beat Man To Death
A group of dozen federal agents beat a man to death as he was lying in a fetal position and repeatedly shocked by an electric taser. PBS has uncovered a disturbing video of Federal agents beating a man lying on the ground in the fetal position.
