The “All Peoples Congress” staged a press conference/protest/picket in front of the west side of the Mitchell Court House on Jan. 24, 2011, in Baltimore, MD. On Jan. 20, 2010, State Attorney Gregg L. Bernstein had dropped a felony charge against Eliyahu Eliezer Werdesheim, age 23. He is accused of striking “a black teenager in November,” when on patrol with the Jewish group k/a “Shomrim.” Werdesheim’s arraignment on misdemeanor charges is set for sometime in February. His attorney is claiming “self-defense.” A press conference was also called on the east side of the Court House by the Baltimore Black Media Group.
