Consider the underwear bomber who boarded an international flight without a passport. I have traveled internationally for years. They will not even let you board a flight if there is a misspelling of your name in your passport much less no passport at all. I believe it was also reported that agents escorted the underwear bomber past security and onto the plain, which just screams INSIDE JOB and SET UP! Although the underwear bomb didn't explode it had the desired effect, which was to justify the march forward of police state and the further repression of the many by the privileged few.
