On that day, Germany's constitutional court will announce its verdict on the legality of the European Stability Mechanism, the permanent rescue fund for struggling eurozone countries. If implemented, the ESM's share capital of €700bn would be provided by all 17 eurozone members in proportion to their economic size. Fourteen have so far ratified the treaty – Estonia, Italy and Germany are the only ones remaining.

The uniformed officer was standing outside a Bronx convenience store, responding to a 911 call. With his gun drawn he instantly shot 20-year old Renaldo Cuevas, after the panicked young man bumped into him on his way out from the store – causing both him and the officer to fall onto the sidewalk. President Obama is circulating draft legislation of CISPA legislation he will sign into law through executive order after Congress failed to pass it. When the US congress tried to push legislation into effect to protect America’s so-called critical infrastructure from the imminent threat of a doomsday cyberattack it was meant with such a huge public outcry and protest Congress couldn’t enact it.
