Although it has been overshadowed by events in Libya and Egypt, there is a battle going on in the United States, and it is not hyperbole to suggest that it is a battle for the very soul of the nation. By current estimates, at least sixteen state governments are in the process of declaring war on American workers, and protests have erupted in at least four of them—Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.
