Miles of Dead Fish in lower Plaquemines

This photo (sorry about the quality) was delivered to me by a brave little pelican which he took 3 days ago,bless his heart.This is just a small glimpse of miles of dead rotting fish being ignored and dismissed by "BP" affiliates in lower Plaquemines Parish.Many types of fish are floating on the water off South Pass @ the mouth of the Mississippi River at (Garden Island).Surface "OIL" is also covering our waterways @ Main Pass and Passaloutre and there is oil creaping up Main Pass as I type this.
