U.S. employers slashed 663,000 jobs in March, lifting the unemployment rate to 8.5 percent, the highest since 1983, official data showed on Friday in a report underscoring the growing distress in the labor market. The Labor Department also revised January data to show job losses of 741,000 that month, the biggest decline since October 1949, as the economy battles a recession that has entered its 16th month. The decline in non-farm payrolls in February was unrevised at 651,000.
Gunman kills 13 in New York siege 4 April 2009: A gunman has killed 13 people after taking dozens hostage in the US state of New York. The suspected gunman was later found dead inside the immigration centre in Binghamton, police officials said. Pakistani Taleban leader Baitullah Mehsud called the BBC in Islamabad to claim responsibility for the attack. Yes, the same Baitullah Mehsud, who according to CNN, died last October. Never let the truth get in the way of launching another war for Israel against another Muslim nation.
Abstract: We have discovered distinctive red/gray chips in all the samples we have studied of the dust produced by the destruction of the World Trade Center. Examination of four of these samples, collected from separate sites, is reported in this paper. These red/gray chips show marked similarities in all four samples. One sample was collected by a Manhattan resident about ten minutes after the collapse of the second WTC Tower, two the next day, and a fourth about a week later. The properties of these chips were analyzed using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (XEDS), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The red material contains grains approximately 100 nm across which are largely iron oxide, while aluminum is contained in tiny plate-like structures. Separation of components using methyl ethyl ketone demonstrated that elemental aluminum is present. The iron oxide and aluminum are intimately mixed in the red material. When ignited in a DSC device the chips exhibit large but narrow exotherms occurring at approximately 430 °C, far below the normal ignition temperature for conventional thermite. Numerous iron-rich spheres are clearly observed in the residue following the ignition of these peculiar red/gray chips. The red portion of these chips is found to be an unreacted thermitic material and highly energetic.[The paper ends with this sentence: “Based on these observations, we conclude that the red layer of the red/gray chips we have discovered in the WTC dust is active, unreacted thermitic material, incorporating nanotechnology, and is a highly energetic pyrotechnic or explosive material.”] [In short, the paper explodes the official story that “no evidence” exists for explosive/pyrotechnic materials in the WTC buildings.] SCRIBD: Active Thermitic Material Discovered in Dust from the 9/11 World Trade Center Catastrophe [Full text + illustrations]. Up to 13 people have been killed in a suspected US drone attack in Pakistan's North Waziristan region near the Afghan border, security officials say. The attack on Saturday occurred in an area 35km west of the region's main town of Miranshah. The death toll is 13, including some foreigners, but information is very sketchy because it's a town which is very remote," one security official said on condition of anonymity. Pakistani officials use the word "foreigner" to refer to suspected al-Qaeda and Taliban fighters, but the precise identities of the dead was not confirmed. A local official said the compound that was hit belonged to Tariq Khan, who was described as a "facilitator of the Taliban". Amir Shah, a resident of Waziristan, said drones were still flying over the area several hours after the attack.
Riot police use shields and batons in unprovoked attack on peaceful protesters. It took place at the Climate Camp on Bishopsgate in the City of London during the first day of the G20 protests on Wednesday 1st April 2009.
A lone gunman armed with a high-powered rifle has killed up to 13 people and injured up to 26 others in Binghamton, New York state. The gunman, named as Jiverly Voong, 42, parked his car blocking the doors to an immigration services centre before going in at the main entrance and opening fire. He then held dozens of people hostage in the American Civic Centre before turning the gun on himself and committing suicide.
Despite the fact that the term “new world order” was mentioned in connection with the G20 this week hundreds of times by both global leaders and in news reports, it is still regarded as a “conspiracy theory” by that bastion of truthiness, Wikipedia.
Yes, why? And why aren't we doing something about the fact that our government has been taken over by Israel & the Zionists?
In the wake of the violence in Pittsburgh earlier today, the pro-Obama liberal blogs are blaming those of us who support the Second Amendment for the murder of four police officers.
The US unemployment rate reached 8.5 percent in March, its highest level since 1983, according to figures released Friday by the Labor Department. The economy lost 663,000 jobs last month, bringing total losses since the beginning of the current recession to 5.1 million. Nearly two thirds of those job losses occurred in the past five months. The total number of unemployed people increased by 694,000 to 13.2 million, the highest absolute number on record (not taking into account population growth). The United Nations says a Jewish judge from South Africa will lead a high-level mission to investigate alleged war crimes committed by Israel in the Gaza Strip. The global body says its former chief prosecutor for war crimes in Yugoslavia and Rwanda, Richard Goldstone, will head the probe ordered by the Human Rights Council in January.
After the cease-fire was agreed, the Hamas attacks virtually stopped. There were no rocket attacks before November 4th. Then out of the blue israel launched a rocket attack that killed some Palestinian fighters...
Avigdor Lieberman, the new foreign minister of Israel, was questioned by the national fraud squad for hours on Thursday and again on Friday, according to a police spokesman, as part of a longstanding investigation into suspicions of bribery, money laundering and breach of trust.
The US envoy to the United Nations says that Washington has a duty to fight the growing anti-Israeli sentiments in the world. In a Friday interview with the Politico, Susan Rice said that the Obama White House was determined to "fight against the anti-Israel crap" at the UN. It’s interesting that US officials acknowledge the growing world discontent with Israel, because of their genocidal treatment of the Palestinian people of course, and yet America does not intend to pressure Israel into being a more civil member of the world community, Instead America takes a more, “in your face” approach and vows to force feed the world with acceptance of Israeli brutality.
