The Canadian immigration service announced earlier in March that Galloway would not be allowed entry on national security grounds. Canada cited the support Galloway extended to the Gaza Strip -- which suffers from a 20-month blockade and recent Israeli military operations -- and grouped the anti-war advocate among people who "support or engage in terrorism". Calling the ban "idiotic", Galloway vowed to use all means at his disposal to overturn the ruling. "The outrageous decision is not something I'm prepared to accept," Galloway said in mid March. The Canadian federal court nevertheless rejected his appeal to overturn the decision on Monday. Galloway had been due to deliver a planned speech in Toronto on March 30 at the Resisting War from Gaza to Kandahar public forum. Internet helps Galloway snub Canada ban (VIDEO).
